Lu Jong is an ancient Tibetan tradition of healing body movements. Tulku Lobsang developed his signature Lu Jong practice from the traditional exercises so that everyone can do Lu Jong, regardless of age or physical challenges. The practice of Lu Jong opens blockages in the channels, so the body becomes vibrant and the mind becomes clear. This DVD teaches the group of exercises known as the Five Elements Movements. It takes only minutes to practice but has a direct effect on the constitution of the body, flexibility of the spine, balance of emotions and prevention of diseases.
